Fairton Christian Center may collect fees associated with church events, Christian education, tithe and donations.
Occasionally someone may require a refund. All refund requests will be directed to our accounting department for processing. You may contact our bookkeeper by contacting the church office or through email at church@fairton.org. Refund decisions will be based on several factors relating to the transaction you are requesting a refund for. These could include the following:
- Did Fairton Christian Center incur expense to secure your participation in the event that we are unable to reclaim?
- Was the payment or donation noted as non-refundable?
- Has the product or service already been delivered and can not be returned by the purchaser?
Decisions to override this policy are reserved to the Church Administrator.
Fairton Christian Center reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
